Color, pattern, and texture influence the workplace. Research shows that color and textiles can provide the type of sensory stimulation people need to be creative and productive.
For years we have been subtly introduced to video surveillance, key access badges, computer passwords and anti virus software. In fact, it wasn't that long ago that concepts such as facial recognition and identity theft were considered science fiction. Not any more.
The way each person learns is an individual experience. While educators debate the merits of different teaching methods and people ponder the proper tools for training personnel, researchers are breaking new ground about the learning process itself.
